Ben did an outstanding job from start to finish. He let me know that there was an in-transit vehicle that might be what I was looking for. He let me know what I needed to do to have an opportunity to see and test drive the vehicle when it arrived, let me know when it came in, explained the process of trading in two vehicles, explained and showed me all the options on the vehicle, walked me through the purchase process, helped me move my things from the car I was driving to the new car, kept me company while I waited several hours until the finance worker was ready for me, and then drove home with me to pick up the second vehicle I traded in, even though it was after closing time and I lived nearly an hour away. He even made sure that the one option that I wanted that didn't come with vehicle was ordered for me, and he worked with the service department to set up a time for me to bring the new vehicle back in to have the option installed. I felt like a valued and respected customer throughout the entire process, and there was never a single moment where I felt like I was being cheated, which was much different than how I felt when visiting other Toyota dealerships in Central Illinois. I can't imagine anyone doing more than what Ben did to make this process go smoother. I would absolutely recommend Ben to anyone looking for a trustable car salesman, and in fact, I have actually already done so.
