Brody was helpful when I checked in and kept me up to date with the progress of the repair. He also helped me to schedule a ride back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle when it was convenient for me.

Brody is conscientious, efficient, and considerate. I can ask him questions as I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the mechanics of a car and he provides me with the particulars. He keeps me updated on the status of the maintenance as I bring a book so I can allow the repairperson the time to complete the job properly.
