Born and raised in Vietnam, I bring a unique global perspective to my role as a Sales Advisor. My educational background includes a Business and Economics degree from Truman State University. I also have a year of experience working at Napleton's Auto Park of Urbana. Travel is a huge passion of mine; I've explored Bali, Thailand, and New Zealand, giving me an appreciation for different cultures and how to connect with people from all walks of life. I pride myself on being smart, friendly, and a great listener. I believe in taking the time to understand each customer's needs and find the perfect vehicle solution. I enjoy using my problem-solving skills, and patience to assist everyone. When I am not working, I enjoy playing games, anime, and travel. I am passionate about customer service, and I love sharing my knowledge of vehicles. I also enjoy talking about food, travel, and cars.
