About Jordan
I am a Sales Advisor at Napleton's Auto Park of Urbana with a background rooted in Nicaragua. Since joining the team two months ago, I have been proud to see how the Toyota family supports my professional growth and demonstrates the value of helping others succeed. I carry this same approach into my work, where I am dedicated to providing a high-quality buying experience and ensuring customers feel well-supported throughout every stage of the deal. My life outside of work is centered around my wife, Jackeline Pagan, whom I married in 2019, and my 13-year-old daughter. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and hold Toyota certification, which helps me provide clear and informed guidance to those I assist. In my free time, I enjoy riding my Yamaha motorcycle and staying active in the gaming community, particularly with Call of Duty: Warzone. I am also a fan of Deadpool, enjoy cooking, and have a strong connection to both Puerto Rico and Nicaragua. I value building genuine connections with people and am always happy to discuss movies, share recommendations on great places to visit, or talk about food and hobbies.
