Hello and welcome! As Service Advisor, I enjoy helping customers keep their cars in tip top shape. Whether you’re coming in for routine repairs or something more complex, I’m here to walk you through the process and answer all of your questions. My goal is always to provide honest service and great customer support. Originally from Chicago, I graduated from Gage Park High School and root hard for the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. I give back through One Tail at a Time, a dog rescue organization dedicated to giving dogs second chances and loving homes. My dog, Sabrina, brings me so much joy and is the perfect companion. When I’m not working, I like hiking, fishing and playing soccer.

Excellent, as always! Nick advises what is involved in the routine maintenance for the specific mileage and asks if there are any concerns or problems I noticed. Nick always gives me and estimated figure for any item or fix I request. Nick also will review my car’s history to see if any warranties may apply. I always leave satisfied.

As always, Nick Rice did a terrific job of making my car service a pleasant experience. Everything was completed on time, and I was very happy with the outcome. Nick even invited the mechanic, Ken Moerdyk, who explained all the details of the work to be done. After the work was completed, Ken reviewed many features of the installation. There was a small glitch, and Ken promptly called me and guided me over the phone to resolve the problem. All in all, I had a very positive experience.
